Shipping Policy

HATS - shipped 1-3 business days.

Once your label has been printed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email for you to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

All items to be returned or exchanged must have their original tags still attached. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been washed, dried, damaged, stained or which contain any odors.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of shipment arrival.
If a refund is due it will be made to the customer via their original method of payment (minus shipping charges).
Shipping costs for any non-damaged or non-flawed returns or exchanges will be the customer's responsibility. We will pay the shipping for an exchanged item.
