Our Story: From Side Hustle to Flag Hats
It all started over 40 years ago in a small town in Illinois. To help pay for private school tuition, our mom began embroidering hats featuring city and state flags. In 2006 we introduced them at Revolver on Belmont, a Chicago boutique, years before teams like the Bulls popularized flag‑inspired gear. Today, Official Flag Hats celebrates that heritage—each hat is hand‑stitched by our family, shipped quickly and made to last. Find Your Perfect Fit
Flexfit and snapback hats shouldn’t be a guessing game. Our sizing chart helps you choose the right fit, whether you’re buying a classic 6606 trucker or a Flexfit 110. For most adults, “OS (One Size)” fits head sizes 6 ¾–7 ½; smaller heads may prefer S/M, while larger heads can go with L/XL. Each hat description lists the specific blank we use and fit notes.
